Tamiya 1/12 Ducati Superleggera V4

In February 2020, Ducati unveiled the Superleggera V4, touting it as the most exceptional road-legal model in the brand's history. The foundation for achieving a lighter weight was based on their "super sport" motorcycle, the Panigale V4. Extensive weight reduction efforts were implemented, beginning with the utilization of carbon for components such as the cowl, frame, swingarm, and wheels. Powering the Superleggera V4 is a 998cc V-type four-cylinder engine that incorporates the renowned "Desmodromic valve timing system." By installing an Akrapovic exhaust system specifically designed for track use, the motorcycle showcases a maximum output of 234 horsepower. As a distinctive design element, the carbon aerodynamic parts, including the "biplane wing" attached to the front cowl, not only enhance the bike's aesthetics but also generate 50kg of downforce at speeds of 270km/h. This extraordinary motorcycle is limited to a production run of just 500 units worldwide, each meticulously assembled by skilled craftsmen employing Ducati's cutting-edge technology.
